This is a simple thank you to several wonderfully loyal clients and friends.

 Most recently (approximately mid June) Robin Curley, a loyal client shot me an email saying the father of a friend of hers is in town looking for real estate and gave me his number. I called him, Dave Johnston is his name, and we got together since he wasn’t working with any particular agent. We made 3 offers in about 8 days and didn’t get a single one. The fourth was a charm. Our offer was approved and we had inspections and closed 5 days later.

I believe Dave Johnston also has someone to refer to me when he gets back to California and this story doesn’t end there!

Robin came to me through a referral from Debra Sicilian. I had helped Debra sell a house back about 8 years ago. Debra just closed on her new house in the last two weeks too!

Debra came to me a few years back through Pete Duca who purchased a home quite a few years ago and has been the source of several referrals! 

The bottom line is, first and foremost, referrals are the ultimate compliment and when times were tough a few years ago, I was about one month away from getting out of this business my loyal followers saved me and continue to help my business flourish.
